Stonemen will always take every care to ensure that we provide you with a high quality, superior product. It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase, so, if for some reason we get things wrong we will always do all we can to make it right.
In the unlikely event that you have been sent an incorrect or faulty item please contact us at orders@stonemen.com to organise a replacement for your purchase. Once you have returned the item to us and it has been approved, we will send you a replacement item with no additional charge, and refund you the return shipping costs.
If you accidently order the wrong size please contact us at orders@stonemen.com and we will happily exchange the item for the right size. It is important however, that the item be returned unworn and unwashed and in its original packaging within thirty (30) days of delivery with a copy of the original invoice. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Our customer’s privacy is very important to us and all personal details provided will remain with stonemen.com and will never be sold or in any way distributed to third parties, unless required to by law. Your personal details, such as name, address etc. will be kept on a secure database for internal use only. No financial or credit card information is stored on our database. Our payment gateway uses state-of-the-art encryption technology to ensure that you can shop with confidence.
All items purchased within Australia will be delivered by Australia Post. Our delivery service includes Express Post which has a delivery estimate of 1-2 working days, or regular post with a delivery estimate of 2-5 working days.
For our international customers Stonemen also delivers worldwide via Airmail within 5-14 working days or ECI (EMS) within 2-4 working days. Please note all delivery days are calculated from the time your order is processed and can vary slightly due to matters outside of our control.
Be sure to check your local customs procedures regarding additional import duties and taxes which may be due upon delivery. Any additional charges imposed by local legislation are the responsibility of the customer.
You can also send stonemen as a gift. When you reach the address page you have the option of ticking the gift box. This will allow you to write your own personal message. All gifts come wrapped in gift paper. When ordering for someone else please be sure to fill the shipping address out to the receiver. With all purchases, whether they are gifts or not, the tax-invoice/receipt will be emailed to the paying customer.
